This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides important information regarding Hello-Game (“Hello-Game,” “we,” or “our”) in respect to user information collected through our mobile applications and the use of the information. You provide consent to this policy when you access and use applications of Hello-Game.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE USE IT
We may ask you to provide personal information, such as your email address. We use this personal information to communicate with you, to inform and take contact with you. The information may also be used in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding unauthorized use of the services. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
We also collect anonymous, non-personal information, such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your browser’s language, your web request and the date and time of your request. Such information does not identify you individually. Non-personal information can be used, for example, in marketing, auditing, to provide or to improve our services and also to develop new services.
INTEREST-BASED ADS
We promote our games and services in ours and other publisher’s games and we also allow our partners to promote and advertise their goods and services in our games. We may share information we collect from you to our advertising partners, and they can reuse such data for targeted advertising. We or our advertising partners may display interest-based, or retargeted, ads (”IBA”), but only for the device IDs that have passed the age gate and have not opted out of IBA. By using our games and not choosing one of the opt-out options, you give us consent to transfer your data as stated below.
We may pass information we collect from you such as technical information, advertising and application usage information (for example if a device has clicked on a sports ad within our games, for more information please see Information and data we collect from You Section of this Privacy Policy) as well as age & gender information to our advertising partners and they can reuse such data for targeted advertising. We allow our partners to serve targeted third-party advertisements or other content. They may attach the information gathered from our game to info gathered from other apps, websites, or via other services, and then build profiles and transfer the info to another provider. For example, we pass advertising IDs to Facebook, and they match it with your Facebook ID, aggregate it and delete the initial identifier. By doing so the other provider may receive or gather information about you and use the information for displaying targeted ads. Advertisers may choose their audience by location, demographics, likes, keywords, age & gender, interests, behaviors, connections and any other information Facebook receives or infers about users. We cooperate with several providers of IBA that are listed herein in subsection a) and in Opt-Out Section of this Privacy Policy (”Third Parties”). When allowing Third Parties to conduct IBA we adhere to the DAA Principles.
You have an option to opt out from sharing your information and data for the purposes of interest-based advertising at all times. When you opt out, you will not stop receiving ads, they just won’t be based on topics you like, your interest, behavior, demographics, etc. You can opt out by choosing one of the following options (for more information please read the ”Opt Out” Section of our Privacy Policy):

If you choose to opt out by following one of the third party IBA provider’s opt out mechanism, you should stop receiving interest-based and targeted ads via the selected IBA provider, but you may continue to receive interest-based or targeted ads through other IBA providers. For opting out from receiving interest-based or targeted ads through all IBA providers, please see opt out options b) and c) below.

CHILDREN PRIVACY
Our apps have been designed with the guidelines of the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in mind, as expressed in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection rule (COPPA) and strive to meet all duties and obligations under the rule of law. The rule requires operators of online services, including interactive mobile apps, to provide notice and get parental consent prior to collecting information from children under 13. The FTC works for consumers to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices and to provide information to help spot, stop, and avoid them.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Our apps may contain In-App Purchase to enable additional content. These In-App Purchases are purchased once, and are found on a secured parent targeted screen.
OPT-OUT
Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your own Personal Data. Where the use of your information is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may make small, inconsequential changes to this policy with or without notice to you, so you’re encouraged to review the policy from time to time.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Hello-Game is the data controller of the Analytics Information we process about you.
The legal basis under EU law for processing Analytics Information for developing and improving the Application is our legitimate interests in understanding how users use the Application and making business decisions on further development of the Application.
The Analytics Information we collect will be processed in Israel which is recognized by the European Commission as having adequate protection for personal data. If we transfer your Analytics Information from the EU to other jurisdictions, we will do so by using adequate safeguards determined by the EU Commission.
The GDPR gives data subjects certain rights, to access, update or delete their information, obtain a copy of their information, withdraw consent and object or restrict data processing. However, since we only process aggregated Analytics information that cannot be attributed to a specific user, these rights do not apply to you in your use of the Application.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the EU, then according to Article 77 of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the GDPR.
